Pricing

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice. However, any price change will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
• In the rare event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Availability

All products are subject to availability. Many of our textiles are handwoven in limited quantities and may go out of stock. We will notify you promptly if an ordered item is unavailable and offer alternatives or a full refund.

Placing an Order

When you place an order through our website, it constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for reasons including product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

Order Confirmation

You will receive an order confirmation email upon successful placement of your order. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance — your order is accepted only when we dispatch the product and send you a shipping confirmation.

Payment

• We accept payments via credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and select digital wallets through our secure payment partners.
• All payment information is processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. We do not store your full payment card details.
• Payment must be completed at the time of placing the order unless Cash on Delivery (COD) is available and selected.

• Free shipping on all orders above ₹2,999. Orders below this amount are subject to a standard shipping fee displayed at checkout.
• Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days for most pin codes across India.
• Express shipping is available at an additional cost and typically delivers within 2–3 business days.
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including weather, holidays, or logistical delays.
• You will receive tracking information via email and SMS once your order is dispatched.
• For international shipping enquiries, please contact us directly.

Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package.

Return Policy

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused, unwashed, and unaltered products in their original packaging with all tags intact.
• To initiate a return, contact us at hello@akwomenshub.com or via WhatsApp with your order number and reason for return.
• Once approved, we will arrange a pickup or provide return shipping instructions.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned product.

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom-made or personalised products (e.g., blouse stitching, custom measurements).
• Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer.
• Fabrics sold by the metre that have been cut to order.
• Sale or clearance items (unless defective).

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for a different size or colour (subject to availability) within 7 days of delivery. The same conditions as returns apply. Any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

• Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled — you may initiate a return after delivery instead.
• To cancel an order, contact us immediately via email or WhatsApp with your order number.
• Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
• Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
