Orders can be modified or cancelled before they are dispatched. Once shipped, changes are not possible — but you can initiate a return after delivery. Contact us immediately if you need to make changes.
COD is available for select pin codes within India for orders up to ₹10,000. COD availability is shown at checkout based on your delivery address.
Absolutely. All payments are processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. We do not store your full card details on our servers.

Standard shipping takes 5–7 business days. Express shipping (2–3 business days) is available at an additional cost. Same-day delivery is available in Chennai for orders placed before 12 PM.
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders above ₹2,999 within India.
We ship to select countries worldwide. International shipping rates and timelines vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. For bulk orders, please contact us for a custom quote.
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive tracking details via email and SMS. You can use the tracking number to check your shipment status on our courier partner's website.
While we strive to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur during festive seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we'll investigate.

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused, unwashed, and unaltered products in original packaging with all tags intact. Custom orders and cut fabrics are non-returnable.
Contact us at hello@akwomenshub.com or via WhatsApp with your order number and reason for return. Our team will review and approve your request within 24 hours, then arrange a free pickup.
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. The refund is credited to the original payment method.
Yes, exchanges are available within 7 days of delivery, subject to stock availability. The same return conditions apply. Any price difference will be charged or refunded.
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

We photograph our products in natural lighting and make every effort to display accurate colours. However, slight variations may occur due to monitor settings and the handmade nature of our textiles.

Yes, we offer custom blouse stitching and tailoring services for select products. You can provide your measurements during checkout or contact us for a personalised consultation.
Many of our products are handwoven or handcrafted by skilled artisans. Each product description specifies the weaving technique and origin. Machine-made products are clearly labelled.
